Huge thank you to JoyAnn who was absolutely incredible! She took great care of us (party of 35). She was kind, funny and extremely efficient and attentive. I had multiple people tell me how impressed they were.
Cool beer place. Goos food options. Kind service. There is a outdoor space on the back. Tried the Oktoberfest options.
We went there after work like 5pm on Thursday. It’s pretty packed already. The vibe is food. Make sure to get the spicy chicken sliders!!! Yt tastes so good and juicy, flavorful! Service is friendly & quick! But the music is kinda loud due to the crowd. Good place for happy hours!
Very nice outdoor secret garden in the back.
The grilled cheese doughnut was amazing!! Happy hour is from 3-7 with draft beer for $6. Their happy hour IPA was very light and easy to drink, but their non happy hour IPAs were better. Our server didn’t really know her beers which was surprising since it’s a beer garden kind of place. There were a lot of after work meet ups happening here. Very casual vibe.
I brought my family here for brunch to celebrate my birthday when they were visiting town in October. My party of 5 walked in around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday without a reservation and we were able to sit immediately. Once we sat down, the server informed us that a couple of offerings on their brunch menu were not available. We placed drink orders that took ~15 minutes to come, and when they did arrive, my cocktail from their drinks list and my dad's seltzer were missing. When I followed up to inquire about the whereabouts of my cocktail, I was informed that they were out of it—the entire cocktail, not just one ingredient. I ordered another drink and then my family and I placed orders for our main courses. About 15-20 minutes after placing the orders, the server returned to the table to inform us that some of our selections were unavailable, in addition to the selections she mentioned when we first sat down. At this point, 25% of the menu was unavailable. My brothers made some new selections from the All Day menu, only to be told later that they could not order from the All Day menu.
After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, we were hungry and confused, especially since there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant. The manager came over to tell us that our order was only entered into their system ~13 minutes ago, which was obviously infuriating. When some of the food did start to trickle out, it was one dish at a time, rather than waiting to bring everything at once so my family could actually eat together. On top of that, the server brought over a burger that no one ordered instead of bringing out any of the correct dishes that we'd waited ~45 minutes for at this point.
The chef eventually came out and apologized for our experience, explaining that the restaurant was overhauling its menu. They comped our food and gave us coupons to came back.
When I came back with 2 friends about 2 weeks later, we wanted to drink pumpkin beer and take advantage of Clinton Hall's Oktoberfest. As should've been expected, they were out of pumpkin beer, as well as about 5 other beers on their beer menu of about 20-25 beers. The restaurant was a lot busier because a UFC match was on and there was only 1 server working from what I could see. Against my better judgement, I gave Clinton Hall a chance to redeem itself, but it just didn't deliver.
I want to start off and say thank you for the services and amazing food. Not only was the burgers amazing , but having 2 Pattie’s on the burgers is even more amazing , my wife and I got the same burger , and it did not disappoint, the games were incredible brought me back to my childhood , especially the rubic cube, the services was outstanding , no matter how many people that was in the restaurant, they still checked up on us and made sure we was okay. I will be coming back and highly recommend to couples who is looking for a fun night out
I tried their parmesan cacio e Pepe balls. These were deeply fried and topped with tomato sauce . While they were delicious they were also pricey for the portion. Otherwise cool location next to pod51 hotel . They have a wide selection of beers and games. Gets fairly crowded
Took 15 minutes to get acknowledged by any bartender while the place was relatively empty. After placing my order my bartender forgot my order and asked me to repeat it. There may be a need for additional staff at the bar. This is not a top burger joint in NYC.
